  • Eywa, an upcoming residential project in Dubai, is set to redefine wellbeing, luxury and sustainable living.
  • Dubai’s School Rides service, a collaboration between the Roads and Transport Authority and Careem, has received significant attention from affluent families.
  • School Rides offers a premium transportation service for educational institutions in Dubai, providing convenience and peace of mind for both parents and students.

Dubai’s real estate market is set to receive a new addition to its skyline, Eywa, a building that focuses on education and harmony.

Inspired by natural forms such as banyan trees and quartz mountains, Eywa’s press release noted that its new education-focused building will feature organic circular columns, crystal pyramids and interlacing roots.

The UAE Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and Careem also have luxury education at the forefront of their next venture and have collaborated to establish Dubai’s School Rides service, which has seen a surge in demand since its inception in early April.

With an impressive track record of serving 750 schools, engaging over 1,150 parents and completing 25,500 trips, this service, which has a fleet of 3,500 luxury vehicles, has established itself as a reliable and convenient option for students and parents alike.

Adel Shakri, the director of Planning and Business Development at the Public Transport Agency, RTA, said that the new service aims to offer a cost-effective alternative for parents seeking high-quality transportation to and from school for their children.

This transportation service, which is available through the Careem app, has quickly gained popularity among customers, attaining a satisfaction rating of 4.84 out of 5.

With specialised training for drivers and strict regulations in place, this service offers features that prioritise the safety and wellbeing of students and guarantees professional standards when it comes to transporting students to and from school. The School Rides service offers the ability to book customised packages of 40 rides, valid for three months.

The service offers a convenient carpool option for children, allowing up to four other passengers going to the same destination if they are within the same pick-up vicinity. Customers can select from several premium cars, including Lexus, Infiniti and Toyota.

Wealthy international families looking to relocate to Dubai due to its good education system and safe social climate can use safe international money transfer options when migrating.

Eywa, the luxurious residential project set to be completed in 2026, is designed to promote a harmonious and sustainable lifestyle.

With a focus on sustainability, the development aims to achieve LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certifications while providing elite amenities such as gardens, a spa, pools and a cinema.

Drawing from the ancient Indian principles of Vastu Shastra, Eywa is designed to enhance prosperity and happiness. It promises to enhance residents’ quality of life while contributing to Dubai’s urban landscape.
