Customer Success Manager (London)

You’ll work closely with our clients and partners supporting their accounts as well as supporting the sales team win new business. Our clients are leading payment companies, banks and media companies around the world.

Responsibilities

- Support the sales team by educating potentialcustomers on the capabilities of our products via sales decks, demos and answering customer questions

- Work with the Data Science team to develop new customer proposals

- Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty of our products.

- Gather feedback from customers, study other customer success programs and analyze customer data to identify the best practices and improvements to our products

- Create policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience.

- Provide Technical and Product Support

- Help customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize our software or products based on the customer’s business needs or business plans.

- Help the company research and develop new data and products as requested by customers

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience and/or deep knowledge of the financial services market.
  • At least three years experience, of selling software and services into financial services accounts.

    Data Scientist (London)

    FXcompared Intelligence is our research and insights division. We are looking for full-time Data Scientists to be responsible for analysis and presentation of our data.

    Role will include

    • Analyze data to answer business questions and produce data-driven stories that reveal key insights into behavior, in particular using data visualization
    • Normalizing various forms of data. Populating SQL tables from scraped data.
    • Collation of data from external sources
    • Knowledge of Python and SQL is preferred.

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Help construct the content writers briefs.
    • Manage the rosta of content writers to ensure timely delivery of articles.
    • Perform editorial duties in terms of spell checking, unique content checking and that the article meets the original brief.
    • Collate and co-ordinate the writers invoices and communicate with Finance to ensure they are processed.
    • Upload articles to the inhouse CMS
    • Compile daily stats for the Operating Model
    • Perform various marketing lead duties relating to keyword research, link research and other research related topics.
    • Compile month end stats ensuring relevant stakeholders have what they need.
    • Help with testing and product development tasks
    • Assist with compiling prospect targets, researching contacts and initiating conversations for the GM to take forwards.
    • Working with external suppliers and agencies across PR, direct mail, and design and monitoring their performance.
    • Help with paid marketing development and optimisations. Namely, Adwords, Bing and Facebook

    Job Description
    We are looking for a rock star Technical Project Manager to report directly to our CTO and manage the execution of mission critical recurring businesses processes and one-time projects.

    Big Data Engineer Job Duties

    You will be working on the Research Team and the broader business’s data pipeline. You will for instance be asked to source data and investigate a data sources such as a Websites, flat files, or APIs. You will learn as much as you can about business requirements and needs and then explore and profile the data using SQL, Excel, Python or whatever other tools fit the job. You will have responsibility for productionalizing datasets for modelling, visualization and analysis using an off the shelf enterprise ETL tool and, if necessary, Python and SQL. Don’t worry if you have never used an enterprise ETL tool. We can train you. We need someone who is bright, articulate, who understands how to transform data and who is super eager to learn and work with data. You will need to be able to communicate complex material in layman’s terms and educate people.

    The person in this job has a lot of different long term career paths in our company since we are small and everything we do depends on data. This is a highly visible, central, and critical role. Every day, you will be interacting with and learning from excellent project managers, business analysts, data scientists, software developers and qa engineers in a friendly, collegial environment.

    Responsibilities

    * Collaborate with our Data Scientists, Product Owners, and Software Engineers to identify, collect and transform data for research and analysis including statistical modeling.
