Kempinski, a leading luxury hotel brand, is making waves in the hospitality industry with the recent announcement of its expansion in Dubai.
In partnership with Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH), Kempinski will take over the management of Address Boulevard and Address Dubai Mall, which will be renamed Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai and Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai, respectively effective from 1 January 2024.
This strategic move comes as Dubai continues to be a strong market for the hospitality industry, and Kempinski is poised to capitalise on its success in the region.
Chairman of the Board of Directors at Kempinski S.A., René Nijhof, expressed his enthusiasm for this development, highlighting the brand’s growing influence as a premier luxury hotel chain in the Middle East.
He also highlighted Kempinski’s 26-year legacy in the Middle East as a blend of Arabian luxury and European elegance, while Khalid Anib of ADNH expressed pride in partnering with Kempinski, which is known for its European hospitality.

During a signing ceremony attended by key figures such as Sheikh Ahmed Mohammed, vice chairman and managing director of ADNH, and Khalid Anib, CEO of ADNH, the award-winning luxury spa at Kempinski Hotel Central Avenue Dubai was unveiled to offer bespoke wellness treatments, further enhancing the experience for guests.
These two hotels are a valuable addition to Kempinski’s existing Dubai portfolio, which includes Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah and Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates.
Looking ahead, the region’s first standalone Kempinski private residences, to be named Kempinski Residences The Creek Dubai, will open in 2025.
