  • Tranglo announces a new business payment solution to help firms make and send international payments fast.
  • The new service will be called Tranglo Business and will be powered around a proprietary single interface system – and it is expected that costs will be kept low as part of the new service.
  • “As part of our guarantee of excellence, customers need to complete an onboarding process in Singapore before they can access Tranglo Business and its full suite of features,” said a senior Tranglo figure.

Tranglo, a provider in the cross-border payments space, has confirmed the launch of its new business payments solution.

Tranglo said that its new function, Tranglo Business, would help business customers transact around the world quickly.

The expected customers of the new service include travel agencies, freelancing firms and many others.

Overall, it is expected that small-to-medium enterprises will form most of the new customer base.

The new service will be powered around a proprietary single interface system.

Ultimately, it is thought that costs will be kept low as part of the new service.

A wide variety of functions will be incorporated into the new service, such as wallet management and foreign exchange services.

Intelligent routing will also be on offer, as well as artificial intelligence-powered compliance screening.

The company is also offering clients of the new service the ability to enjoy customer service, which is available all day, every day of the week.

It also said that it wants to ensure that the reconciliation process, which is part of the corporate accounting system, can be carried out in an effective way.

In a statement, the Tranglo group chief executive officer shared some reasons why the company developed the Tranglo Business service.

Jacky Lee explained that the goal is to help companies fix their “pain points” when it comes to payments.

“We developed Tranglo Business to help enterprises address their payment pain points,” he said.

He added that the target was to assist businesses in finding the most cost-effective ways to transfer cash across borders – without going down in terms of safety and speed.

“Our aim is to help them choose the most cost-effective way to send and receive money without sacrificing speed and security,” he said.

He also spoke about the company’s “guarantee of excellence”, which would involve firms being brought on board the service in the Singapore region as part of a know your customer approach.

“As part of our guarantee of excellence, customers need to complete an onboarding process in Singapore before they can access Tranglo Business and its full suite of features,” he said.
