  • Conotoxia, a provider of online money transfer services in markets such as Poland, has announced a new collaboration with the payment solution provider Skrill – allowing customers to use the service to send money online.
  • Those who wish to use the Skrill service via Conotoxia will need to sign up for Skrill first at its website and then add funds to their account – and the service joins a wide range of others in Conotoxia’s portfolio.
  • “The new payment method at Conotoxia.com and the fintech’s own payment system Conotoxia Pay stands out primarily because of its security,” the firm said in a press release.

Online money transfer provider Conotoxia has confirmed that it will begin to offer the payment solution Skrill to its customers.

Conotoxia, which operates in markets such as Poland, confirmed the news in a press statement.

Customers who want to use the service will need to sign up as a Skrill customer and add some funds to their account.

According to Conotoxia, the move is particularly beneficial because Skrill offers customers so many advantages.

These include chargeback protection to help customers defend themselves against fraud, as well as risk management tools.

Customers can also juggle different currencies from the security of one central account, with the money then able to go through to their Conotoxia wallet.

Conotoxia already offers a wide range of other payment methods.

Customers who are part of the Conotoxia.com web portal service can use major names such as Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.

A range of cards are also available, including Mastercard, Visa and Diners Club.

Online transfers and bank transfers, as well as services such as Klarna and Union Pay, are available.

Those who are paying on the Conotoxia Pay service also have access to some, but not all, of these services – such as PayPal, Visa and Google Pay.

In a press release, the company went into more detail about the range of advantages that Skrill confers on users.

It emphasised, in particular, the security-related benefits of the new service.

“The new payment method at Conotoxia.com and the fintech’s own payment system Conotoxia Pay stands out primarily because of its security: chargeback protection and the highest standards in fraud prevention and risk management,” it said.

It added that Conotoxia users who were accustomed to multiple currencies would find the new service intuitive and easy to use.

“For Conotoxia users accustomed to multi-currency services, it is also important to manage the most popular currencies within their Skrill account. One can fund their Conotoxia currency wallet with one click,” it explained.

“The new express payment method available at Conotoxia.com and Conotoxia Pay offers, among others, the possibility to manage the most popular currencies within your Skrill account.”
